Whenever I call Newgistics customer service, the first line responder has no idea about tracking and has to transfer me to another line, the other line would never pick up the phone. I left my name and phone number but no one would call back.

I do not know why would USPS partner with such a company that provides bad delivery service. {{Redacted}}

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service and website tracking.

They are horrible lost two of my packages customer support sucks they never contact you back or put you on hold then hang up. Why would anyone use this *** hole of a company
