Newgistics - Why do you keep your packages in limbo?
I should have known better. But you always want to give the benefit of the doubt. There is always a chance a company can grow and improve.
I ordered from a company called Knit Picks. They use Newgistics to handle a portion of the shipping. The package shipped on time. Now it is in limbo at the Newgistics facility and has been since Thursday for no apparent reason. There is no holiday. There are no weather related issues. The facility is less than an hour from my home. I can order from a company in Turkey and receive the package within 4 days (2 days for fulfilment and 2 days for shipping).
I have contacted Knit Picks to see if they can kick Newgistics in the butt to get them moving since i HIGHLY doubt I will be receiving my package tomorrow since their tracking information hasn't changed. Cannot talk to a Newgistics rep and USPS has no information since they have not received the package.
Class action lawsuit against Newgistics anyone?
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $47.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Newgistics Cons: No tracking updates and delays.

This is the second time I have not received a package in a timely manner. The first was at Christmas time when my package set in Grapevine, Tx for 3 weeks only to find out later that they had sent it numerous times to the wrong town.
This time they (Grapevine, TX) received my package on 8 June 2021 and shipped it out on 9 June 2021 to who knows where! It is now June 22, 2021 and no one can tell me where the package is located. My local post office says they cannot help until they actually have hands on the package. This is the worst company.
Why do people keep using them? They are a part of Pitney Bowes.
Yes class action against companies shipping with newgistics, for saying creating a label is shipping...
I ordered $157. From Hollister November 27, 2020.
It shows that Newgsistus Greenwood In received in Dec 7th. The shipowner stopped there. Cannot contact them by phone. Where is my shipment?

The same problem, my package is sitting in Monroe NJ and I live in NY for the past 6 wks still nothing.
Got a package sitting in Greenwood Indiana for over 2 weeks and still not moving and no Idea went I will get the package. Getting runaround from USPS and Newgistics they got till September 2 to delivered it or calling the company to get a refund. All I want is the package what are they waiting for only 500 miles from my house.
Same problem package has been sitting since June 25 it is now July 12 300 miles from my house.
I ordered from bath and body works an they use several different company’s newgestics is one of them an I ordered June 22 an June 23rd it shipped well it hasn’t updated since then till this morning so let’s hope my package gets here like it says Tuesday I hope they never use this company again to much bs with them!!!!

I ordered I product from amazon that was shipped with newgistics The package came from CA and was supposed to be delivered in NV. What is my package doing in Alabama.
And why does it take a month and a half for a package to travel 500 miles.
I have noticed this business does not have a good record and you can not talk to anyone. The phone numbers are a runaround to nowhere
I am suffering the same problem from another seller. It took a week to get it from the west to the west coast and another week later it still sits in a warehouse in New Jersey.
I don't understand why sellers say they are shipping something USPS and then use two-biit companies. Man, if you can't do better than a government agency you are really bad.
Y’all are *** trash ordered on the 8th and it’s now the 18th and just says in transit to usps don’t make me drive down to Ky I’m only in Ohio that’s a 3 hr drive wtf is wrong with y’all . I ordered vs for my wife for her bday and guess what ???? Her bday was 3 *** days ago!!!!

Ive sent many messages to vs about needing to contract with any other company than newgistics. They are horrible.
As a shipping company they take no ownership in their disgusting service and force you to take it up with the seller when in reality the seller has done what they were supposed to.
Vs has had to replace shipments several times for me because newgistics "loses" the package. Then it will show up 1 1/2 months to 2 months later.
