Ordered a CD Jan 7th on Amazon. Three weeks later, no CD.

Can you track it from the tracking number on Amazon or Nugistics web site..??.. NO. While there is a 'number', Nugistics does not recognize it and can only deem the item "shipped". So I contacted the seller, who apologized, refunded my shipping fees & contacted the shipper.

He cant get an answer if its lost or in transit, and why it wont track.

Sad thing is, if he dropped it at the post office, at the media-mail rate, it would have been cheaper and I would have received it weeks ago. A good businesses model avoids practices like this.

Product or Service Mentioned: Newgistics Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: better service.

Ok the absolutely the worst placed I have ever work for my boss actually threatened to fight me on Saturday I was absolutely shocked I left it alone stunned I returned on Monday and they let me go to weeks before Christmas I came in wanting something to be done about what she said to me on Saturday

Something should be done about this reach out if you feel the same
