I returned a phone to AT&T using their box and following theit instructions. Nowhere was it stated that in order use the tracking number provided on the packing slip, the package must be checked in by USPS.

I dropped it in the mailbox at the postoffice in FEB.

When I try to track it with thr tracking number on my papetwork it says tracking number not found! So AT&T is charging me $500 for my replacement phone!
