Newgistics - Lost returned AT&T Phone
Bought an AT&T phone from their store, it stopped working the first week, brought it in and was told it would be replaced under warranty. When I got the new replacement phone it came with a Newgistics return label and directions to drop it off at the USPS.
I followed the directions to a T the same day.
The phone was never received by AT&T. USPS says they are not involved in this, they are only the drop off point for Newgistics. And of course, they wanted the full price of the phone since they never received it. I had no choice on shippers, was sent the return label and directions.
I am out of pocket $865, over 7 hours of my time spent at AT&T and USPS trying to get this taken care of.
Both blame the other, and finally sent me to Newgistics, which of course you call and only get a recording. Never will you get a return call, return email, or anything from Newgistics.
My frustration level is so high. Have had a headache for a week dealing with it.
