Newgistics lost my return package to At&t and there's no costumer service phone, no email address nothing and AT&T said it's not there problem and now I'm charged for 424$ for the package that Newgistics lost. any advice?

because there's nothing working with those scammers. I was going back and force with At&t and USPS for over 3 months and Newgistics is not helping in anyway even there the one that lost the package, I went online and found that alot of At&T customers facing the same problem there return package was lost by Newgistics. any advice ? ?
