Not resolved

Mailed back an unopened Iphone 8 via USPS on December 5, 2017. Had Tracking Number and checked with the Post Master on December 26th as ATT claimed it had not been received.

Post Master did a 2 hour search all the way through the process and said it was passed from USPS to ATT Newgistics carrier therefore it was ended from Postal Service. It was handled according to the instructions sent by ATT.

ATT is charging me $800 for the Iphone 8 and will not give me credit for it saying they have not received it in their warehouse.

I informed them that is not my fault that the carrier they were using must not be very reliable. What a ripoff I am getting from ATT!!

I was told I have no recourse so they keep on billing it every month until $800 is paid.
