In the past one to two months, I've had horrible shipping experiences with Newgistics. From three totally different online orders, anything Newgistics has handled has been delayed, lost or "Unable to be tracked".
Customer service reps actually were complaining to me about Newgistics...I had not heard of them until that order's issues. The most recent examples is an order which has been sitting idle in a shipping center for 4 days. Nowadays, it's not enough for these shipping companies to say "arriving between January 14 and 20".
Retailers who hire Newgistics need to be wary of this service. To be honest, if any online retailer reported they use Newgistics, I may likely think twice about placing the order.
